Questions
My roof leaks. Do I need to have it replaced completely?
Not necessarily. Leaks can come from flashings that have come loose, or from one damaged section of the roof. A complete roof system failure, however, is generally irreversible, and usually comes from improper installation, the wrong materials, or a roof system that does not suit the home or building.
How long will the actual roofing service take?
Most roofing jobs are completed in one or two days, so you can get back to your life without disruption.
My insurance company denied my claim. Am I out of luck?
You are entitled to a re-inspection once you choose a contractor who is willing to work with your insurance company's adjuster. That is where you need a storm repair company with expertise in this area on your side.
