Roof maintenance plan

Regular maintenance and repairs are the key to a roof that lasts. The maintenance plan makes sure they happen, with free repair estimates and inspections.
Why maintain a roof
Outside of severe weather, the biggest cause of roof repair or replacement is poor maintenance. Maintenance catches issues early, keeps your roof working efficiently and saves money by preventing large repairs.
- Damage control
- A longer life for your roof
- Better energy efficiency
- Cost savings
What you can do, and what the plan does
Homeowners can do a lot themselves: clean out downspouts and notice the signs of leaks early. The rest is regular inspections and maintenance from a reputable contractor through the life of your roof.
That keeps you and your family safe from harsh weather and damaging leaks, and the maintenance plan makes sure it happens.

Questions
My roof leaks. Do I need to have it replaced completely?
Not necessarily. Leaks can come from flashings that have come loose, or from one damaged section of the roof. A complete roof system failure, however, is generally irreversible, and usually comes from improper installation, the wrong materials, or a roof system that does not suit the home or building.
